CR Meyer is seeking an Electrical Safety Manager to support its Electrical Division and heavy industrial customers by managing risk and safety programs on electrical construction projects.

You will be the SME on electrical safety, deliver on-site training, and lead pre-project safety planning. The role requires 5–7 years in health & safety within electrical contracting, OSHA 510/500 (preferred), and up to 75% travel across the United States.

Qualifikationen

• Five to seven years of health & Safety experience in the electrical contracting industry required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Health & Safety preferred.
• A combination of education and experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Certified to deliver NFPA 70E Qualified Person training required
• OSHA 510/500 certification preferred.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite products required.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening and comply with CR Meyer’s Drug & Alcohol Policy and Program.
• Must have a valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, insurable driving history and ability to operate a motor vehicle following all traffic laws and safe, courteous driving habits.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
• Ability to travel (up to 75% of time) to various project sites within the United States required.

Aufgaben

• Interpret and administer the CR Meyer Risk Management program for electrical services on projects.
• Act as a SME on electrical safety for management, staff, and field crews.
• Deliver on-site electrical safety training and coaching.
• Coordinate pre-project electrical safety planning with Project Managers and field staff.
• Ensure site-specific safety requirements are met by CR Meyer and subcontractors.
• Conduct site audits and follow up with corrective actions and warnings as needed.
• Author safety reports, investigations of incidents and near-misses, and maintain audits.
• Coordinate emergency response and safety equipment, PPE and training.
