Job summary

Siemens is seeking a Field Service Safety Expert for a fully remote role based in the United States, with up to 75% travel to customer sites. You will lead field safety programs across electrical infrastructure projects and partner with field teams and leadership to reinforce safe work practices.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience in construction, industrial, or electrical safety
• Experience with OSHA regulations and NFPA 70E
• Understanding of electrical distribution systems and industrial equipment
• Ability to travel up to 75% to customer sites
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on safety oversight and field support for field service teams.
• Conduct scheduled and unannounced jobsite visits to identify hazards and coach teams
• Support installation, commissioning, inspection and service activities for electrical equipment
• Verify hazardous energy controls and practice lockout/tagout; stop-work when unsafe
• Monitor high-risk activities to ensure safety compliance
• Contribute to incident, near-miss, and safety investigations with root cause analysis
• Partner with leadership to drive continuous safety improvements
