Job summary

Rogers Electric seeks a Safety Manager to lead site safety programs, coordinate with GC and owners, and drive incident investigations. You’ll develop and implement accident prevention plans, manage budgets and permits, and mentor a small safety team across multiple projects nationwide.

Ideal candidates have CHST, OSHA 500, and robust knowledge of OSHA/DOT compliance, with experience in electrical and industrial settings. A growing company with strong benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must hold CHST certification and OSHA 500 certification is required.
• Experience in electrical, construction, industrial, federal and commercial safety.
• Strong knowledge of safety standards and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with GC/site owner on conditions and NCN.
• Attend meetings to discuss safety training and reports.
• Develop and implement APP and training plans.
• Identify safety budget and manage permits.
• Lead ORM team to align safety plans with clients and GC.
• Conduct incident investigations and reporting.
• Directly supervise 7–10 employees.
