Southland Industries invites students to join its Internship and New College Graduate program in Occupational Health & Safety. You will assist the Safety Manager in enforcing safety procedures across HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection projects, gaining practical exposure on construction sites and with field teams.

You will develop knowledge of OSHA regulations, safety reporting, tailgate trainings, and safety documentation while building a foundation for future opportunities within one of the

• Pursuing degree in Occupational Health and Safety or related field.
• Knowledge of construction safety practices and OSHA regulations.
• Ability to communicate state, federal and local safety requirements.
• Strong work ethic, initiative, and reliability.

Responsabilidades

• Assist Safety Manager in enforcing safety procedures on sites.
• Support in distributing and maintaining safety certification records.
• Help manage workers' compensation claims and injury reporting.
• Assist in updating MSDS manuals and safety tailgate materials.
• Contribute to safety training and meetings.
