Sysco Corp. is seeking an on-site HSE advocate to assist with the implementation of prevention-focused health, safety, and environmental programs across operating company facilities.

You will support training, record-keeping, and safety program execution to advance Sysco’s HSE objectives and crisis preparedness. The role emphasizes hands-on safety, incident investigations, root-cause analysis, and collaboration with management to foster a zero-incident safety culture.

Formación

• Associate’s degree and/or 2 years of safety experience with OSHA certifications.
• 2+ years of hands-on safety experience in warehousing, manufacturing or transportation operation.
• Must possess a valid Driver’s License.
• Certification in safety as a recognized safety professional (in progress acceptable).

Responsabilidades

• Assist in implementing HSE and security programs and training.
• Maintain safety program records, logs, and inspections.
• Inspect facilities for unsafe conditions and participate in investigations.
• Coordinate root cause analysis and corrective actions with supervision.
• Promote a proactive safety culture and conduct supervisor training.
• Interface with OSHA, DOT, EPA, and state/local regulators.
