ESFM is seeking a Manufacturing and Safety Manager to enhance workplace safety and reduce injuries across local units. You will support safety and workers’ compensation through training, site visits, policy implementation, and client compliance.

Regular meetings and on-site visits strengthen safety culture and practices to help staff work safely. The role requires up to 40% travel, relocation eligibility, and a focus on OSHA compliance, incident investigations, and safety program effectiveness

Formación

• 3-5 years with progressive responsibilities is ideal.
• Ability and willingness to travel up to 40% is required.
• Ensures compliance with OSHA, DOT and EPA regulations as defined by laws and client policies.
• Maintains OSHA recordkeeping and prepares annual reports.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure OSHA and safety standards across facilities.
• Provide safety and workers’ compensation support via training and inspections.
• Develop and administer loss prevention and control programs.
• Provide monthly status reports to local management.
• Train managers in safe work practices and incident investigations.
