ESFM is seeking a Safety Manufacturing Manager to lead safety and workers’ compensation support across local units, with a focus on reducing injuries and claims. The role includes training, site visits, policy implementation, and performance measurement to meet client requirements.

Responsibilities include conducting safety inspections, developing loss prevention programs, and ensuring compliance with OSHA and client standards.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing occupational health and safety programs.
• Ability to investigate and evaluate cost and risk factors.
• Ability to interpret and apply safety laws and regulations.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Travel up to 40% is required.
• Ensure OSHA and client safety compliance across facilities.
• Maintain ongoing safety awareness programs and training.
• Administer loss prevention and control programs.
• Provide safety training to managers and staff.
• Ensure monthly status reports to local management.
• Follow OSHA, DOT and EPA regulations as defined by policy.
• Inspect workplace to identify hazards and rectify them.
