Job summary

ESFM is seeking a Safety Manufacturing Manager to lead safety and workers’ compensation support for local units. You will provide training, conduct site visits, implement policies, and ensure client requirements through meetings, calls, and on-site visits.

The role requires up to 40% travel, strong OSHA compliance, and the ability to develop loss prevention programs, train managers, and coordinate return-to-work processes to reduce injuries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree Preferred but not required.
• Experience implementing occupational health and safety programs.
• Ability to conduct investigations and evaluations; interpret and apply safety laws.

Responsibilities

• Travel up to 40% to sites for safety inspections and training.
• Ensure facilities comply with OSHA and safety standards.
• Develop and maintain loss prevention programs and safety awareness.
• Provide training to managers on safe work practices.
• Monitor safety performance and report monthly status.
• Support return-to-work processes and injury management.
