ESFM is seeking a Safety Facilities Manager for onsite work in Florence, KY. The role focuses on creating safer workplaces, reducing injuries, and supporting safety programs across local units. Relocation is available, and a relocation package may be provided.

You will train managers, conduct site visits, implement policies, measure performance, and ensure client requirements are met. Regular meetings and inspections will strengthen safety practices and align with client expectations.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform facility inspections and ensure OSHA compliance.
• Provide safety and workers’ comp support via training and site visits.
• Develop and administer loss prevention and control programs.
• Prepare monthly safety status reports for campus sites.
• Coordinate return-to-work processes for injured workers.
