ESFM is seeking a Safety Facilities Manager to lead safety programs and ensure compliance across local units. The role focuses on reducing injuries, supporting workers’ compensation processes, and training managers to foster a safer work environment at onsite Kentucky facilities.

Relocation is available, and the position may require up to 40% travel. A strong knowledge of OSHA/other regulations and effective communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of progressive safety management experience.
• Ability to travel up to 40% as required.
• Experience implementing OSHA, DOT and EPA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure OSHA and other standards compliance through regular facility inspections.
• Develop and administer loss prevention and safety programs.
• Provide training to managers on safe work practices and incident prevention.
• Monitor workers’ compensation trends and coordinate return-to-work efforts.
• Prepare monthly status reports for local management.
