You’ll collaborate with local teams, travel up to 40%, and have the opportunity for relocation with a base salary around $125,000 plus a relocation package. Focus is on reducing injuries and improving safety culture.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years with progressive responsibilities ideal.
• Willingness to travel up to 40% is required.
• Experience implementing occupational health and safety programs.
• Ability to interpret and apply safety laws and regulations.
• Excellent presentation and written/verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Inspect facilities for OSHA compliance and safety program effectiveness.
• Lead safety trainings, investigations, and incident reporting.
• Develop and administer loss prevention and control programs.
• Provide management with monthly safety status reports and analytics.
• Coordinate return-to-work initiatives and injury management strategies.
