ESFM, the corporate facilities management division of Compass Group USA, is seeking a Manufacturing and Safety Manager to drive safer workplaces across local units in Florence, KY, with relocation support available. You will lead safety training, inspections, and program development to reduce injuries and lost time, while collaborating with site teams and clients.

The role requires 3–5 years of progressive safety responsibilities, up to 40% travel, and a preference for a Bachelor's degree.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing occupational health and safety programs.
• Ability to conduct investigations and evaluations and assess cost/risk.
• Excellent presentation and written/verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 40% and support multiple sites.

Responsibilities

• Ensure facilities comply with OSHA and other regulations through inspections.
• Provide safety and workers’ compensation support via training and site visits.
• Develop and administer loss prevention programs and safety policies.
• Train managers in safe work practices and incident investigation.
• Monitor OSHA records and report trends to reduce injuries.
• Coordinate return-to-work processes and safety communications.
