Job summary

US Foods is seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead safety-driven, cost-conscious operations in a dynamic distribution environment. You will supervise on-floor staff, ensure accurate orders, and maintain a safe, efficient facility.

The role emphasizes coaching, performance reviews, and adherence to HACCP/OSHA standards while optimizing inventory and processes. A minimum of three years in warehouse distribution and one year in supervision is required.

Qualifications

• Three years of warehouse distribution experience.
• At least one year of supervising a workforce.
• Strong leadership, communication and people development skills.
• Familiarity with inventory control, OSHA, HACCP and other regulatory requirements.
• Ability to interpret financial and operational data.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office).
