Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of experience in warehouse distribution.
• Minimum of one year of experience overseeing a workforce.

Responsibilities

• Lead with a safety mindset to keep associates injury-free.
• Oversee and develop warehouse associates, coach on policy and procedures.
• Direct and supervise on-floor operations to ensure accurate orders and timely shipping/receiving.
• Plan shifts, monitor productivity, and manage performance and discipline as needed.
• Maintain inventory control and ensure compliance with safety, HACCP, and FSQA requirements.
