Job summary

US Foods is seeking a Manager, Warehouse in Corona, CA to lead a safety-first, cost-conscious warehouse operation. You will supervise on-floor associates, drive efficiency, and ensure accurate receiving, storage, and outbound loading while upholding food safety standards.

Responsibilities include coaching teams, building high-performing groups, resolving issues, monitoring productivity, and scheduling shifts. Travel up to 10% and a HS diploma required; HACCP/PCQI certifications preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of experience in warehouse distribution.
• Minimum one year of experience overseeing a workforce.

Responsibilities

• Lead with a safety mindset to ensure injury-free associates.
• Oversee and coach warehouse associates, monitor productivity and safety targets.
• Direct and supervise work within the warehouse, drive throughput and accuracy.
• Schedule shifts and designate dock locations; ensure proper stocking and FIFO compliance.
• Review performance, address gaps, and deliver disciplinary action when needed.
