Responsibilities

Lead with a safety mindset that ensures that every US Foods associate remains injury free, always.
Oversee and develop warehouse associates through one-on-one coaching and policy training.
Direct and supervise the work and productivity of associates within the warehouse department.
Participate in building high-performing teams by interviewing and hiring warehouse personnel.
Lead and direct associates to achieve accurate orders and prepare for shipping or receiving.
Monitor operational information to ensure shift rates meet targets and adjust as needed.
Ensure dock locations for inbound carriers and proper FIFO storage; oversee replenishment.
Maintain safety and sanitation requirements and inspect for hazards.
