Qualifications

• Manages hiring, coaching, training, and performance evaluation of staff.
• Plans and directs day-to-day operations and staff deployment.
• Oversees safe/efficient sortation of packages and trailer management.
• Analyzes performance data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Leads daily meetings and communicates operational updates to staff.
• Maintains confidential employee relations information and safety programs.
• Resolves customer service issues and trains new employees on policies.
