Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• In lieu of experience, certification program or Associate’s Degree in related area or 2+ years of college toward a degree.
• Bachelor’s Degree (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Champion FedEx Safety Above All Culture and support related initiatives.
• Hire, coach, train, evaluate, and manage staff performance and conduct.
• Plan, organize, staff, direct and control day-to-day operations.
• Assign and manage employees for safe and efficient sortation of packages.
• Analyze performance, identify improvements, and implement action plans.
• Lead daily meetings and communicate operational updates and goals.
