Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Certification program or Associate degree or 2+ years of college towards a degree may be accepted in lieu of experience.
• Candidates should have supervisory or lead experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership and decision-making abilities are essential.
• Excellent communication and coaching skills are required.
• Ability to analyze operational metrics and implement improvements.
