Qualifications

• Six months of supervisory or package-handler experience or related lead roles.
• Certification or additional coursework considered in lieu of experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations and manage assigned staff to ensure safe, efficient sortation.
• Hire, coach, train, and evaluate employees; address concerns and productivity.
• Plan and direct day-to-day operations; monitor performance and costs.
• Ensure compliance with FXG policies, safety rules, and regulations.
• Conduct team meetings and communicate updates to staff and leadership.
• Mentor new supervisors and adapt quickly to changing business needs.
• Resolve customer service issues and escalate when needed.
