FedEx is seeking an Operations Supervisor to support the Safety Above All culture and oversee the daily operations and staff involved in package sortation. You will manage hiring, coaching, training, and performance evaluations while ensuring compliance with FedEx policies and applicable government regulations.

You will lead meetings, analyze performance metrics, and drive continuous improvement in safety and efficiency.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Six (6) months experience in a similar environment (FedEx, retail, warehouse, or dock) or supervisory experience.
