Job summary

FedEx Logistics is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead day-to-day facility operations and an assigned staff. You will ensure safe, efficient sortation of packages and manage a team across multiple functions while upholding FedEx policies and safety programs.

Role requires coordinating with linehaul and admin staff, driving performance metrics, and mentoring junior supervisors. Strong communication, leadership, and regulatory compliance knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Six months supervisory or package-handler experience.
• Ability to inspire a shared vision and empower a team.
• Strong verbal and written communication and public speaking.
• Ability to read, interpret and draw conclusions from numerical data.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations and staff scheduling.
• Hire, coach, train, and evaluate staff; manage discipline.
• Ensure safe and efficient sortation of packages.
• Monitor performance and implement improvement actions.
• Mentor other Operations Supervisors.
