Job summary

FedEx Logistics is seeking an Operations Supervisor to support the Safety Above All culture and to manage a staff responsible for the safe and efficient sortation of packages within the facility.

The role includes hiring, training, coaching, performance management, and leading daily operations meetings to achieve daily goals while ensuring compliance with FXG policies and safety programs.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, staff, direct and control day-to-day operations.
• Hire, train, coach, recognize, and evaluate staff; manage performance.
• Ensure safe and efficient sortation of packages and adherence to FedEx policies.
• Lead daily meetings and communicate operational updates.
• Mentor and develop other Operations Supervisors.
