The role includes hiring, coaching, performance evaluations, and implementing process improvements while maintaining compliance with policies and regulations. Strong leadership and communication are essential for success in this position.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Six months experience in package handling or supervisory roles in fast-paced settings.
