Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum education: high school diploma or GED; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• In lieu of experience, certification program or some college acceptable.
• Six months of experience in package handling or supervisory roles in fast-paced settings.
• Ability to lead and develop a team and manage staff productivity.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations and staffing for safe, efficient sortation.
• Hire, train, coach, and evaluate staff; address employee concerns and enforce FXG policies.
• Plan, organize, staff, direct and control operations; delegate tasks and monitor performance.
• Lead daily meetings; communicate updates and goals; speak publicly to groups.
• Administer employee relations and safety programs; ensure compliance with regulations.
• Mentor less-experienced supervisors and adapt to changing business needs.
