Job summary

You will hire, train, coach, and evaluate employees, drive safety initiatives, and coordinate with departments to meet performance targets. This position requires leadership in a fast-paced environment and a commitment to FedEx policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in supervision or lead roles in fast-paced environments is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in varied temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day operations and assigned staff to ensure safe, efficient sortation of packages.
• Plan, organize, staff, direct and control daily operations and staff productivity.
• Coach, train, evaluate, and discipline staff; manage employee relations and safety programs.
