Job summary

FedEx Logistics is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead daily package sortation operations and manage a staff of handlers and administrative employees. You will drive safety initiatives, coach and develop personnel, and ensure compliance with FedEx policies while controlling costs and maintaining quality.

The role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with focus on safety, efficiency, and teamwork in a fast-paced facility.

Qualifications

• Six (6) months experience required in package handling or supervisory roles.
• Experience in fast-paced environments (retail, hospitality, fulfillment center, warehouse, dock).
• Military experience with honorable discharge or supervisory experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and organize day-to-day operations and staff.
• Hire, coach, train, evaluate, and discipline staff as needed.
• Ensure safe and efficient sortation and compliance with FedEx policies.
