• Hire, coach, train, and evaluate staff; manage performance and discipline as needed.
• Plan, organize, staff, and direct operations; optimize labor and costs.
• Ensure compliance with FedEx policies, safety programs, and regulatory requirements.
• Mentor junior supervisors and adapt to changing business needs.
