Job summary

FedEx Logistics is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead daily sortation operations and staff, ensuring safety and efficiency in the facility. You will hire, coach, train, evaluate performance, enforce FXG policies, and implement safety programs while communicating updates to the team and other departments.

In this role you will mentor junior supervisors, adjust plans to meet changing needs, and uphold FedEx safety standards while maintaining positive, productive workplace relationships

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Six months of supervisory or related experience in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations and manage assigned staff in a safe, efficient manner.
• Hire, coach, train, recognize and evaluate staff performance; address concerns.
