Job summary

The idX Corporation Operations Manager is responsible for leading the day-to-day manufacturing facility operations with safety and profitability as top priorities. You will oversee production, scheduling, materials, quality, maintenance, warehousing, and workforce development while aligning with company goals and continuous improvement initiatives.

This role partners with Engineering, Project Management, Purchasing, Master Scheduling, Safety, Quality, and Executives to ensure on-time delivery,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 7–10 years of manufacturing leadership experience.
• Strong financial acumen with budget and KPI management.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems and continuous improvement.
• Ability to lead multiple departments and develop leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety culture and ensure OSHA compliance.
• Direct production, scheduling, materials, quality, and maintenance.
• Manage budgets, labor, waste, and inventory to improve profitability.
• Drive on-time delivery through schedule adherence and recovery plans.
• Develop supervisors and foster continuous improvement across the facility.
