Job summary

IDEX Health & Science, based in Middleboro, MA, seeks a Site Leader to oversee IH&S operations and MPT teams. You will drive safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance while leading Lean and Change initiatives across manufacturing functions.

You will develop talent, execute plans, and ensure alignment with the IDEX Operating Model. A track record of transforming manufacturing processes and managing capital projects is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive manufacturing operations leadership experience.
• Proven track record of driving productivity, quality improvements, and cost reductions.
• Experience leading teams through organizational change and operational transformation.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership of manufacturing and operations to meet safety, quality, delivery, cost, and customer satisfaction objectives.
• Lead all production operations including workforce planning, inventory management, and capacity planning.
• Establish and improve planning processes to optimize resources and meet customer commitments.
• Ensure operations meet production and quality targets within cost parameters and monitor KPIs.
• Drive Lean initiatives and continuous improvement across functions to reduce waste and increase throughput.
• Collaborate across functions to adopt new systems, processes and best practices.
