The position reports to the Production Manager within the Operations family and Band-It business unit.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated communication skills and ability to problem solve.
• Proficient in Excel and basic spreadsheet apps.
• Experience leading production teams and managing performance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safety, ensure EHS compliance and drive a safety culture.
• Oversee daily production to meet targets and quality standards.
• Train and manage production staff; monitor attendance and performance.
