Job summary

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of manufacturing operations experience, a degree in a related field, strong data analysis, and effective communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, Manufacturing, Engineering, or related discipline is preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing operations.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, production flow, scheduling, and CI methodologies.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Operations Manager to develop action plans and address operational challenges.
• Coordinate with manufacturing, scheduling, engineering, project management, and plant leadership to improve efficiency.
• Monitor KPIs and production schedules; support cross-functional problem solving.
• Support CapEx projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Prepare reports and presentations; share best practices across plants.
