Job summary

US Foods Plymouth MN seeks a Manager of Facility Operations to lead a maintenance and sanitation team in a high-volume, temperature-controlled distribution center. You will ensure cold chain integrity, regulatory compliance, and uptime through preventive maintenance and rapid issue resolution.

You will manage budgets, coordinate with QA, safety, and vendor partners, and drive sustainability initiatives while maintaining a safe workplace and meeting service goals for customers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of facilities management experience in a high-volume environment.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, USDA, FDA, GMP requirements.
• Proficiency with CMMS and data analytics to drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee maintenance, sanitation, refrigeration, and safety programs.
• Lead capital projects, budgets, and vendor contracts.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and risk management across facilities.
• Partner with QA, Safety, HR and operations to maintain cold chain integrity.
• Drive sustainability and energy efficiency initiatives.
