Job summary

Drucker + Falk, LLC requires a Service Manager/Maintenance Superintendent to oversee maintenance across multiple properties in Downtown Columbus. You will supervise staff, ensure safety compliance, and manage preventive maintenance programs while coordinating with the Property Manager.

Responsibilities include training employees, scheduling work, on-call emergency responses, and maintaining OSHA and SDS records.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience supervising maintenance staff preferred.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety procedures.
