Job summary

Drucker + Falk, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for the Downtown Columbus multi-site community, The Pembroke. The role oversees maintenance staff, coordinates on-call coverage, and ensures safety and compliance with OSHA regulations.

This supervisory position requires coordinating with the Property Manager, maintaining equipment and records, and managing vendors and repair work to keep units ready for occupancy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• 1–3 months related experience and/or training.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Train and supervise maintenance staff under your direction.
• Hire and terminate employees per Drucker + Falk policy and under the Property Manager's direction.
• Ensure safety training and monthly safety meetings are conducted.
• Schedule routine maintenance tasks and ensure 24-hour on-call readiness for emergencies.
• Coordinate with contractors, secure bids, and manage budgetary guidelines.
• Maintain records for O&M programs and compliance with OSHA.
