Qualifications

• Supervise and develop staff to ensure safe, efficient package sortation.
• Hire, coach, train and evaluate performance; manage staff discipline and recognition.
• Plan, organize and direct day-to-day operations to meet goals.
• Ensure compliance with FedEx policies, procedures and applicable laws.
• Lead daily meetings and communicate operational updates to teams.
