Job summary

Primo Brands in New Orleans, LA seeks a District Operations Manager II, Customer Direct, to lead a Route Sales Representatives workforce delivering bottled water to commercial and residential customers. You will model a safety-first culture and coach teams to meet service, delivery, and quality standards.

Responsibilities include real-time service oversight, performance coaching, staffing, and achieving financial plans.

Qualifications

BA/ BS Degree strongly preferred.
Experience managing large teams (20+).
Strong safety culture and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

Drive customer satisfaction through real-time service oversight and coaching.
Champion safety by leading behaviors aligned to company safety principles.
Oversee branch processes for customer service, delivery, and inventory with cross-functional collaboration.
Develop direct reports through objective performance plans and coaching.
Conduct one-on-one meetings to review activity and corrective plans.
Support onboarding, orientation, and employee engagement.
Improve Net Promoter Score and customer satisfaction through high service standards.
Manage staffing levels through talent acquisition and retention.
Ensure proper product loading to meet daily delivery commitments.
Share best practices to drive productivity and cost reductions.
