Primo Brands in Lafayette, LA is hiring an Operations Team Leader to supervise route drivers and oversee daily branch operations. You will drive productivity, coach staff, and ensure safety and DOT compliance while maintaining CDL requirements and engaging with customers.

The role requires strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with a focus on upselling and delivering peak performance in a fast-paced environment.

Competenze

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
• Must maintain a CDL Class B with airbrake endorsement.
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Power BI preferred.
• Ability to lift and carry 250+ units per day, up to 60 lbs., with handling tools.
• Must meet physical demands including sitting, standing, walking, lifting, bending, and climbing.
• DOT medical card required for Primo Brands employment.
• Clean driving record with CDL history and related requirements.

• Support branch leadership on all branch operations and day-to-day efficiency.
• Improve productivity and streamline branch activities to maximize results.
• Provide coaching/feedback; train new hires; upselling training.
• Ensure safety and DOT compliance; manage daily vehicle/route safety.
• Lead driver execution reviews and team meetings; handle scheduling.
• Coordinate with Operations Leader to enhance customer service strategies.
