Canteen is seeking a Route Manager to lead and develop Route Drivers, ensuring safe, efficient, and customer-focused operations. You will oversee onboarding, training, performance management, and safety compliance while fostering accountability and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities include coaching drivers, coordinating route coverage, supporting sales objectives, and maintaining training records to drive operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Degree in business/logistics/operations preferred.
• Experience in route operations and leadership roles.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding and training programs for Route Drivers.
• Supervise and mentor Route Drivers, promoting safety and accountability.
• Coordinate route coverage and readiness to service multiple routes.
• Monitor performance, customer satisfaction, and efficiency.
• Support recruitment, interviewing, and workforce planning.
• Perform ride-alongs and field coaching as needed.
• Maintain training records and compliance documentation.
