Prudential Overall Supply is seeking a Sales & Service Manager to lead a team of Route Sales Representatives and Route Managers. You will drive district growth through strong customer relationships, audits, and proactive service improvements.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, coaching, and delivering high-quality service across all accounts. A bachelor’s degree is preferred and a valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience.
• 2+ years of leadership experience (training, coaching, employee relations).
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and drive results.
• Growth-oriented mindset with strong career ambition.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Military experience is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Route Sales Representatives and Route Managers.
• Manage and grow a district through strong customer relationships and account retention.
• Conduct customer audits, identify opportunities, and resolve service issues.
• Train and onboard new Route Drivers/Customer Sales Representatives.
• Drive performance through goal setting, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery across all customer accounts.
