Marvin is seeking a Compliance Specialist in Minnesota to manage day-to-day safety and compliance activities, analyze performance, and maintain regulatory documentation across offices, warehouses, field service, and operations. You’ll partner with teams to support safe, compliant workplaces.

The role requires 3+ years in safety or compliance, a Bachelor’s degree, knowledge of DOT/OSHA, audits, and up to 25% travel.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in safety, compliance, transportation operations, or related safety support.
• Bachelor’s degree in transportation, safety, business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Working knowledge of DOT, FMCSA, OSHA and safety requirements.
• Experience conducting compliance audits and managing corrective actions.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate safety-related activities with Transportation Safety Managers and Safety Leaders.
• Administer enterprise non-manufacturing safety programs across offices, warehouses, field service, and drivers.
• Implement safety initiatives and compliance processes to reduce risk and improve performance.
• Conduct safety inspections, audits, investigations, risk assessments, and document findings.
• Develop reports, scorecards, dashboards, and analyses to support leadership decisions.
