You’ll serve as a trusted resource for compliance-related initiatives while helping ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory requirements, and workplace safety standards.

You’ll excel if you bring experience in safety, compliance, transportation operations, or operational safety support, along with strong analytical and organizational skills. Highlights of your role:

  • Administer assigned elements of enterprise non-manufacturing safety programs across office, warehouse, field service, over-the-road driver, and other operational environments
  • Implement safety initiatives and compliance processes focused on reducing risk and improving employee safety performance, including documentation, communication, and follow-up
  • Conduct workplace safety inspections, audits, investigations, risk assessments, and hazard identification activities; document findings and recommend corrective actions
  • Manage corrective action tracking, inspections, follow-up activities, and compliance monitoring while identifying trends and improvement opportunities
  • Develop recurring reports, compliance scorecards, dashboards, and analyses to support leadership decision-making
  • Represent assigned compliance programs on safety committees and support continuous improvement efforts and new program implementation
You're a good fit if you have (or if you can):

  • Bachelor’s degree in transportation, safety, business, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Working knowledge of DOT, FMCSA, OSHA, and workplace safety requirements, with the ability to interpret and apply established requirements
  • Experience conducting compliance audits and managing corrective action processes
  • Willingness to travel up to 25%
Also want to make sure you have:
  • Professional certifications such as ASP, OHST, CHST, TSP, or a willingness to pursue certification
  • Experience administering safety or compliance programs across multiple operational environments
  • Experience with safety management systems, learning management systems, and compliance tracking tools
