Job summary

Marvin seeks a detail-oriented Supervisor to oversee vehicle asset lifecycle and regulatory compliance programs in Minnesota. You will lead safety specialists, analyze data, collaborate with internal teams and regulators to ensure DOT, 49 CFR, IFTA/IRP compliance and continuous improvement.

You’ll drive audits, training, and cross-department reporting while partnering with HR, Tax and Safety to optimize processes and ensure accurate CSA remediation plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or applicable certifications preferred.
• 4–7 years supervisory experience in vehicle registration, licensing, permitting at state and federal level.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Sr. Safety Specialists and other positions as may be required to support program responsibilities.
• Partner with internal staff to analyze results and manage execution of compliance policies.
• Assist in development, monitoring and improvement of programs and policies.
• Assess current practices and vendors to identify risks and opportunities.
• Partner with business operation personnel to optimize process execution and efficiency.
• Collaborate with regulatory agencies for program compliance and reporting.
• Educate staff on regulatory changes impacting program requirements.
• Conduct and manage program audit processes and vendor management accountability.
• Support CSA scoring remediation plans with operations.
• Report on program compliance, asset lifecycle management, and metrics.
• Assist with new employee training processes.
• Partner with Enterprise Transportation Safety Managers to establish remediation plans.
• Work with HR, Tax, Safety etc. to report on compliance.
• Assess permit/licensing requirements across operations.
