Factory Motor Part is seeking a Safety & Regulatory Compliance leader to develop and implement strategies, manage risk and ensure regulatory alignment across the business. You will lead policy design, training, audits and reporting to maintain a compliant environment.

The role requires collaboration with site leadership, insurance and fleet teams, with travel 25-30% and a focus on safety culture and regulatory excellence.

Formación

• 5 Years of Experience in Safety and Regulatory Compliance
• Safety and/or OSHA Certifications

Responsabilidades

• Develop safety and compliance strategies aligned with business goals.
• Manage risk by monitoring exposures and regulatory changes.
• Lead design and review of Safety and Regulatory policies and training.
• Establish compliance standards and anticipate regulatory trends.
• Oversee International Logistics Compliance and CSA score management.
• Prepare and file regulatory reports and renewals.
• Monitor claim trends and recommend safety policy changes.
• Coordinate rollout and training of new safety policies.
• Coordinate self-audit and compliance monitoring programs.
• Foster an inclusive safety culture with site leadership.
• Collaborate with insurance and risk control teams on site visits.
• Work with Fleet Manager to reduce auto-related risk.
• Complete regulatory reporting timely and accurately.
• Respond to external agency requests for information or audits.
