Qualifications

• Ability to write reports and present information to management and staff.

Responsibilities

• Advise on safety compliance and preventive actions.
• Ensure training and safety policies meet local, state, and federal rules (OSHA, MSHA, DOT).
• Travel to various locations as needed; conduct safety training.
• Verify JHA completions and permits; ensure hazards are mitigated.
• Hold daily safety meetings and maintain weekly summary logs.
• Perform safety hazard assessments, inspections, and prepare written reports.
