Job summary

Marvin is seeking a Supervisor, Transportation Safety Compliance in Minnesota to oversee vehicle asset lifecycle management and regulatory programs (DOT, IFTA, IRP). You will monitor compliance, partner with operations, and drive process improvements across our organization.

The role requires 4+ years supervisory experience in vehicle registration and DOT regulations, a Bachelor's degree, strong data analysis, leadership, and the ability to travel occasionally.

Qualifications

• 4+ years supervising vehicle registration, licensing, and permitting at state and federal levels.
• Deep knowledge of DOT regulatory requirements and compliance programs.
• Ability to independently manage compliance programs, audits, and reporting.
• Strong data analysis, problem-solving, and process improvement skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Senior Safety Specialists and other team members.
• Partner with operations and stakeholders to analyze results and improve processes.
• Assess practices and vendor relationships to identify risks and improvements.
• Lead program audits, vendor accountability, and compliance monitoring.
• Educate teams on regulatory changes and process updates.
• Collaborate with leadership and HR, Tax, Safety to support reporting and CSA remediation.
