Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety or related field.
• Progressive experience in a safety leadership role, preferably within electrical contracting or construction.
• Experience managing safety programs, training, and risk mitigation.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, evaluate, and continuously improve safety programs, policies, and procedures.
• Collaborate with field personnel, office staff, contractors, and vendors to promote safe work practices.
• Conduct regular jobsite inspections and hazard assessments with written reports.
• Lead investigations of accidents and near-miss events and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare safety reports and maintain the Safety Manual and related documentation.
• Coordinate emergency drills and preparedness activities.
