Intermountain Electric, Inc. (IME) is seeking a dedicated Assistant Safety Manager to develop, implement, and oversee safety programs across field and office teams. You will help ensure regulatory compliance, identify risks, and support safety performance improvements while partnering with field leadership.

The role emphasizes a strong safety culture, NFPA 70E and NEC knowledge, and collaboration across levels to drive safe operations and training initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety or related field.
• Progressive safety experience in electrical contracting or construction.
• Certification in safety (OSHA 30; CHST) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain OSHA-compliant safety policies and procedures.
• Lead site inspections, risk assessments, and incident investigations.
• Coordinate safety trainings and promote a culture of safety.
