Zusammenfassung

IES Communications, LLC is seeking a Safety Coordinator to implement and coordinate safety policies across projects. You will deliver training, conduct audits, and manage incident investigations to prevent injuries and ensure compliance with federal and state standards.

The role requires knowledge of OSHA regulations and a background in construction safety, with EMT or higher credentials strongly preferred.

Qualifikationen

• High School diploma or GED; Associate degree or higher preferred.
• EMT or higher credentials preferred.
• Minimum of three years’ experience in construction safety.
• Knowledge of OSHA 29 CFR 1926 Safety and Health Regulations.
• Authorized OSHA OTI 500 Construction Outreach Trainer.

Aufgaben

• Support safety policies and programs across sites.
• Perform safety audits and inspections for compliance.
• Deliver safety training and new employee orientation.
• Conduct root cause investigations on incidents and near misses.
• Prepare safety reports and summaries for stakeholders.
• Coordinate with site management and operations teams.
